Previously known as “Spazio Area S3”, it is a physical space managed by ART-ER staff. The Hub was created to strengthen the link between the region, research, innovation and the education system, anticipating skills needs through laboratories and experimental activities. The broader objective is to make Emilia-Romagna a magnet for highly specialised talent, creating a dynamic and connected ecosystem.
The Talent and Skills Observatory plays an important role, working closely with the Regional Law 02/2023 Committee to ensure that training provision is qualified and consistent with local needs.
The Hub also collaborates with local offices and university projects dedicated to welcoming, attracting and supporting talent, promoting placement and professional growth opportunities.
Great importance is attached to the creation and consolidation of communities of professionals and researchers, in order to encourage the exchange of experiences and links with the regional innovation and research system.
Through constant dialogue between businesses, public administrations and universities, the Hub aims to identify effective strategies to meet the need for specialist skills, while supporting the development of services and opportunities for the promotion of talent.
Finally, the Hub promotes and organises events of national and international importance, such as Startcup Emilia-Romagna and R2B, with the aim of adding value to innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.
