il 23 Maggio 2018 &#8211; dalle 14.30 alle 17.30 &#8211; presso la SSICA (Stazione Sperimentale delle Industrie e delle Conserve Alimentari).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;incontro rientra nell&#8217;ambito del progetto &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greencharcuterie.eu\/?lang=it\">GREEN CHARCUTERIE<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0 finanziato dalla Regione Emilia Romagna &#8211; tramite il Por Fesr 2014-2020 dell\u2019ASSE 1 di Ricerca e Innovazione &#8211; per il supporto alla realizzazione dei progetti di ricerca industriale strategica rivolti agli ambiti prioritari della Strategia di Specializzazione Intelligente.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greencharcuterie.eu\/?lang=it\">Green Charcuterie <\/a>ha lo scopo di migliorare le caratteristiche nutrizionali di carne e salumi italiani in funzione della salute del consumatore e di supportare in termini economici e occupazionali l\u2019insieme di industrie e aziende coinvolte nel processo di fornitura dei prodotti.<\/p>\n<p>Responsabile
